Found a letter from him to Edward Gavigan in London demanding the return of a bust as "a gesture of goodwill" in the "Great Endeavor"

Mentioned in Robert Huston's Gods of Reality manuscript found in Cuncudgerie. Said to be a servant of Nyarlathotep, but stunted in his understanding. He has supposedly had countless lives and is one of the oldest involved in the cult.

Jack Brady ran into him when the expedition was there and also believes that Omar is in charge of the cult in Cairo.

He sends Alister Trimble to meet us when we appear in Cairo and brings us back to his mansion to offer us anything in return for not meddling in his affairs.
