Edward Gavigan

Edward Gavigan is an older man with has silver, wavy hair.

He serves as Director of the Penhew Foundation since Sir Aubrey Penhew left with the Carlyle Expedition. Gavigan is not of noble birth himself, but in working his way up through the Penhew Foundation and becoming Director, he is now a man of means. He even has an estate up north called Misr House.

On Thursday, July 15th 1920, the Daily Mail published an article about an attack on Edward Gavigan by Hugh Tylesman, a widower whose family died in a fire in 1919. Tylesman shot at Gavigan in the Diamondback Club on Tottenham Court Road but missed and was restrained and taken into custody.

Found dead aboard The Ivory Wind as it drifted into the harbor in Shanghai.
