Owned by Edward Gavigan

House so named by Maurice Planter (1824-1887), an amateur Egyptologist and historian. The estate owner previous to Gavigan, Sir Tristan Planter, died in the sinking of the Shetland ferry Shoney in 1900, after which the estate was auctioned off by the family for a prodigious sum.

Located on an island which is primarily marshland with some dry areas scattered about. No expectation of power, telephone, or modern amenities exists on the island; however, scrying with the Mirror of Gal reveals there must be a generator or some other source of electricity.

Large building with 2-3 floors and many bedrooms.
