Owned by Edward Gavigan
House so named by Maurice Planter (1824-1887), an amateur Egyptologist and historian. The estate owner previous to Gavigan, Sir Tristan Planter, died in the sinking of the Shetland ferry Shoney in 1900.
Located on an island which is primarily marshland with some dry areas scattered about.
No expectation of power, telephone, modern amenities. Sen-Sen's Mirror scrying reveals there must be a generator or some other source of electricity.
Large building, 2-3 floors, many bedrooms.
