Ho Fong

A wealthy Chinese business man who owns Ho Fong Imports. He is in his late 50s, very wealthy, and involved in the Catholic church. In 1911 he married Wei Ching-lai, just months before the collapse of the Qing Dynasty. Their daughter, Tzu-hsi, was born a year later. He and Wei Ching-lai soon became a popular attendees at Shanghai’s swank high society functions. His wife passed away in December 1923.
