Mentioned in Jackson Elias's notes as a good source in Nairobi. Was able to give credibility to Mr. Kenyata's stories about the Cult of the Bloody Tongue. Had numerous grisley tales of children stolen in the night for unspeakable sacrifices. Perhaps connections to God of the Black Wind.
