How does the Amber Diceless RPG Guide define it?
"Strength is Strength" -J (Thanks, Captain Obvious -T).
It defines not only the character's muscle mass but also the character's ability to deal damage in hand-to-hand combat. Wrestling matches with one of superior Strength usually results in the loss of life or the inability to escape. Once a person of higher Strength gets their hands on you, you're doomed.
