Lives in Port Hedland, Australia. Locals recommend talking to him to anyone planning to launch an expedition to Cuncudgerie. Friend of Arthur MacWhirr, enough to refer to him as Arty. Investigators first encountered him on June 6, 1925.

Sort of recommends Mortimer Wycroft as a guide in Cuncudgerie or at least, the one person he knows that is kind of weird, but could be a guide.
