Call put out for researchers to look into the issues with Candlemere.
- One of the responding researchers disappeared (along with her traveling companion); her boat was found along the lake with a huge hole apparently bitten out of it. Two other researchers arrived during the month. One left Candlemere immediately. The other spent a week there translating the ancient Aklo writings. The tower stones contains fragments of ancient blasphemous prayers to a being known as Yog-Sothoth. These ancient cults were somewhat common in this area of Golarion. Cults are followers of Chaos. Dispelling Chaos in conjunction with a Hallow spell might help.
Druids and Rangers sent to Candlemere to clean up nettles.
- After a month, they report back that they have cleared the island of the nettles. They were not comfortable all camping on the island every night, and so maintained camps on the island and the far shore. The cleanup effort went well. They also provided some protection for the researchers while they were there.
Onica's spies sent to infiltrate Cult of Gyronna.
- After a month of effort, the spies report that they were unable to find a hub of cult activity.
Kessler begins research on Roland's lineage.
Additionally, during the month, Jemanda Orlashen of Kith Arcadian Academy in Oppara of Taldor arrives looking for Professor Ervil Pendrod. He specializes in Ioberian. He'd made plans to travel north up the Sellen River. Jemanda is offering a magical item (Wand of Find Traps) and 1000g reward to find him.
