Hills hex. We notice a set of standing stones on a hill on the south side of the river. Grikk notices a symbol that matches the tatoo on the back of the werewolf.

H23 Hills hex. This is Lake Silverstep. (We should build a city here.)
A Giant bird flies over head. Circles over the lake. Then flies off to the NE.
We camp.
We ford over to the other side of the lake.
We explore half the hex and make camp. At twilight we can hear the hunting calls of several large birds.
Greenskined humanoids with algea and shells. Nixie's. This lake is their home. They've never met humans who were willing to help them out before or talk to them. Rocs live in the mountains. Seen Harpies, Wyverns, Trolls, Boggards, Lizard people.
