Arrive at the Cairo Bulletin and ask to speak with Nigel Wassif, the owner, editor, and reporter for the paper.

He remembers Jackson Elias, but has no real information, though he seems to be holding something back and spends the entire time talking around things using facts about the newspaper and happenings.

Cillian and Victor speak with Nigel

Gunter and Charles examine the back catalog, and find nothing new, but plenty of articles that support what they already know about what's going on in Cairo. The Clive Expedition is clearly the biggest game in town.

Nigel does mention that he has notified been an explosion of cats lately, and they are often associated with an ancient Egyptian deity known as Bast. You could talk Dr. Alli Kafour at the Egyptian Museum in Cairo about the cats, he is likely to know more.
