Olah-Kakanket, known as Valley of the Dead in the Common tongue, is sacred to the Nomen Centaur tribe. Recently Xamanthe Silverfire claimed to have seen a lumbering beast in Olah-Kakanket. The Nomen Centaur believe it may be related to the Varnhold vanishing. Disagreement with Aecora Silverfire regarding more details drove Xamanthe to leave and enter Olah-Kakanket herself.

Aecora Silverfire believes that Olah-Kakanket may be related to the ancient stories of Vordakai. Legends say Vordakai can be found by following a trail out of Olah-Kakanket. Aecora believes this is a graveyard and the trail leads to Vordakai's tomb.

The Nomen Centaur tribe used to have an agreement with a silver dragon that helped patrol the area, but it hasn't been seen for 10 years. They only made contact once every few years, but they are at least 3 years past-due to see the dragon again.
