Victor has long black hair, which he keeps carefully groomed. He has a meticulously maintained goatee and mustache. He wears glasses, but does not require them. He merely feels they make him appear more intelligent and authoritative.
He wears finely made suits of expensive material for the same reason, and always stands as straight as possible. He sometimes leans forward on his cane when talking to someone shorter than him, as he likes to loom over others.
