It's a 7000 tons displacement cargo ship captained by Lars Torvak. Chinese registry. Home port is Shanghai[1].
Penhew Foundation had planned to use this ship to transport a crate of advanced electronics to Shanghai (see March 11, 1925).
Dr. Victor Lester uncovered some shipping news detailing that, as of March 15, 1925, The Ivory Wind is currently docked near the Lime House (a bar on the Isle of Dogs. It arrived March 3, 1925, and has been docked since.
