A man in his mid-40s living in Darwin, Australia. He's the owner of Randolph Shipping Company and is known to frequent Bertram's Bar. He's something of a drunk. The Penhew Foundation was shipping him a statue of Cthulhu[1]
The investigators killed him and covered it up by burning down Randolph Shipping Company on June 7, 1925.
