Brotherhood of the Black Pharaoh is a cult based out of Egypt who worship the Black Pharaoh. Ritual killings involve beating people followed by driving a metal spike through the victim's heart. Also, they have sex rituals involving human beings copulating with various kinds of "lesser gods." It is a great honor for a female to bear a horrific child out of that experience.
The cult may have spread out of Egypt after the French invasion of Egypt in 1798, particularly due to the actions of Montgomery Crompton bringing cult to England 1805.
Methods of the Black Brotherhood seem to be infiltrating/subterfuge - corrupt, bribe, and seduce rather than overt action.
